To Everyone at Spraggins Inc., Contractor Source, and Integrated Door—

Whether you’re pulling orders in the warehouse, managing installs across Florida, running production lines, or closing deals—we see you. We value you.

This message isn’t just for new hires logging into the LMS for the first time. It’s for all of us—veterans and rookies alike—because what we’re building together is bigger than any single role or brand.

You’ve heard us say it before: we deliver interiors that deliver peace of mind. But that only happens because of you. Every accurate PO, every on-time delivery, every follow-up call, every client handshake—it all stacks up. And our growth, across every corner of this company, is a reflection of that daily commitment.

We’re not in the commodity business—we’re in the confidence business. Confidence that sales will set it up right. That production will hit the mark. That the warehouse will move fast, and the field will finish strong.

So whether you’ve been here ten years or ten days, know this: we’re building something enduring. And you are a critical part of that story.

Let’s keep raising the standard—together.

Here to serve,
Michael Spraggins
